Disabled Information
There is a disabled toilet on site and the car park is around 70 metres from the disabled car parking area. Please beware the floor is a field and can have an uneven surface.

Are dogs allowed on site?

Guide dogs are allowed and well behaved dogs on leads at all times are allowed on site if the owner takes full responsibility of their dog including drinking water, safety near children/equipment/electrical leads/inflatables. If they are a nuisance at any point or we get any complaints at all you will be asked to leave with the dog with no ticket refunded.

Where do we park?

Parking is situated just off the A1065 Mundford, opposite Lynford Hall turning, all signed up on the day of the event. Can we bring drink/alcohol on site? Sorry no only alcohol and drinks purchased for the festival traders can be consumed on site, however this does not include Babies bottles if in plastic baby bottles.

Can we leave our vehicle over night?

You can leave your vehicle over night, we don’t take any responsibility for damage or theft to any vehicle it is left at your own risk. You have to collect your vehicle by 1pm the next day Sunday 9th August or your car may be reported. What time can we get on site? Gates to the public open at 11.30am, ticket office opens at 12 midday.

We are traders when can we get on and off site?

Please refer to your booking forms we sent on application and adhere to these at all times.

Where is the First Aid/Lost Child tent?

This will be clearly signed up on entrance to the festival after you receive your wrist band. Please make sure your child is wearing a wristband and write your contact number on the wristband for child safety. Anyone wearing a STAFF or SECURITY high visibility jacket will assist you with anything we can help with. The festival field and area is very safe and far away form any road or traffic. You are responsible for your children at all times.
